From fire dancers to poets, muralists to musicians — more than 400 artists have helped fill Beacon with creativity over the years, each carrying the spark of community that defines Bonfire.
This week, we shine together once again. Please stay flexible — last-minute updates may occur depending on weather conditions.
Please read carefully and plan accordingly:
🚫 No more special requests can be accepted.
🎸 Bass Amps: If you haven’t confirmed with Tim already, please bring your own bass amp.
🥁 Drum Kits: Drum kits are only provided at Center Camp, Quinn’s, Denning’s Point Distillery, and Happy Valley (Saturday only).
All other venues: please bring your own drum kit.
⏰ Arrival: Arrive at least 45 minutes before your performance.
You can unload near your venue, but parking is limited everywhere — plan ahead.
We’re all co-creators in this — every post, every story, every share helps the fire grow. 🔥
Use our Artist Media Kit with logos, visuals, and templates to create content that reflects your Bonfire spirit and invites your community to join the glow. This is a people-powered festival — fueled by volunteers, artists, and dreamers like you. Let’s show the world what happens when creativity and community meet around the fire.
Your voice keeps the Bonfire burning bright. 🌟
Keep an eye out for an email from Fireworks Foundation via Melio.
You’ll be able to select ACH bank transfer or mailed check directly through their link.
If you haven’t received your Melio email by Saturday, contact us at info@beaconbonfire.com.
💡 Note: The payment email will be sent to the contact person listed for your act.
All artists must check in and pick up physical passes before performing.
